What to expect from Many Hooves

Building long lasting relationships with clients is my top priority.  Nowadays, technology is an important tool to establish and maintain contact.  The following are benefits and expectations for Many Hooves clients.

  • Several ways to connect:  Email, phone, text (I will return text, emails and phone calls no later than the end of the next business day)
  • Day, evening and weekend appointments available
  • Appointment times will be honored.  Any unexpected delays or cancellations will be communicated with as much notice as possible
  • Professional attitude, integrity and compassion
  • Detailed electronic record keeping for each client’s horse and its progress
  • Invoices submitted after services are rendered, on paper or via email
  • Multiple payment methods available, including cash, checks and credit/debit cards
  • Paper or email receipt available on request
